PRE-ORDER POLICY

At I See Bear, we offer selected collectables as pre-orders, allowing customers to secure highly anticipated and limited products before they arrive in stock.

Please read the following Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it has arrived at our warehouse or is officially available for immediate dispatch.

We clearly mark pre-order products as PRE-ORDER on our website, and they may include an estimated release or arrival date.

 

2. ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

Any release dates or Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) displayed on our website are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

These dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing delays, shipping delays, supplier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

I See Bear cannot guarantee exact arrival or dispatch dates for pre-order items.

If the estimated arrival date changes, we will update the product information where reasonably possible.

 

3. PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

Your pre-order secures your item from our allocated stock. However, in rare circumstances, supplier allocations may be reduced or cancelled.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the item has been dispatched, subject to the following:

  • You must contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

  • If we can cancel the order before it has been processed or committed to our supplier, we may provide a refund.

  • Where a pre-order has already been ordered, allocated, or committed with our supplier, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us before placing a pre-order if you are unsure of the expected release date or whether you can wait for the item.

 

5. COMBINED PRE-ORDERS AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold your order until all items are available for dispatch.

If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY SUPPLIERS

Occasionally, manufacturers or suppliers may:

  • Delay a product

  • Change the release date

  • Change product specifications or packaging

  • Reduce stock allocations

  • Cancel a product entirely

These circumstances are outside I See Bear's control. If a supplier cancels a product or we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

7. PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Product images used for pre-order listings may be promotional, prototype, or manufacturer images.

The final product, packaging, colours, accessories, or specifications may differ slightly from images shown. We will update product information if we are notified of significant changes.

 

8. SHIPPING

We will dispatch pre-order items once they arrive at our warehouse and are processed.

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date the pre-order is placed.

Our standard shipping policy applies to all pre-order purchases. Any free shipping offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable shipping promotion.

 

9. ORDER UPDATES

We understand that waiting for a collectable can be exciting. If significant delays or changes affect your pre-order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By placing a pre-order with I See Bear, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item is not currently available for immediate dispatch.

  • Release dates and ETAs are estimates and may change.

  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

  • Product images and specifications may differ from the final product.

  • You have read and accepted this Pre-Order Policy.
